DIF wanted to highlight coaches at all levels by providing them with a top-quality learning program. The program aimed to show coaches that they are valued while equipping them with tools to reflect on their own practice.
Result:
Virtio created “Trænerløftet,” an innovative digital learning program aimed at strengthening Danish coaches’ skills and fostering self-reflection.
This coach-centered program features video-based content that seamlessly combines peer-to-peer experiences, expert insights, dilemma games, and reflective exercises.
